Please note that the hostel does not have a reception.
After booking, guests receive an email with a personal pay link. Guests pay the full fee via this link one day after the booking is done. After payment, guests receive a second email with a room and bed number and all codes needed to access the room. In case the payment is not done in time, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge according to the cancellation policy.
Please note that 1 of the 4-bed Mixed Dormitory Rooms have no windows. Bookings are placed by the system and the hostel can not make changes to it.
